In a peaceful area of Maspalomas, Islas Bonitas is situated just a stone’s throw from the bustling market which is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The popular Holiday World centre is just a short walk away and a little bit further on is the Faro 2 shopping centre. Also within walking distance is the impressive local park and the quaint botanical gardens. For a couple of euros, you can get a taxi into bustling Playa del Ingles with all its facilities and nightlife or to the beach at Maspalomas with its golden sands and promenade lined with cafes, restaurants and chic boutiques.
Many people stayed at Islas Bonitas with the holiday company JMC but it is now no longer a tourist complex. However, all facilities are close at hand with neighbouring complexes such as Turbo Club, Parque Nogal and Grimanesa offering bars, cafes, supermarkets, mini-golf etc.
The accommodation in the duplex bungalow is spread over two levels. The short pathway and terrace leads to patio doors that open to the lounge area and kitchen. Upstairs is the bedroom, bathroom and balcony.
There is a sofa in the lounge area that can fold out into a double bed. There is a TV that picks up digital channels (including some English programmes) and a DVD player. There is a telephone and internet point which can be connected (subject to charges).
The open plan kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge, microwave and two plate ceramic hob. Crockery, cutlery and pans are provided.
There is a dining table which seats three people.
There are twin single beds in he bedroom , a large built-in wardrobe to house clothes and accessories and a dressing table with mirror ad light over.
A sliding glass door leads to the balcony.
The modern bathroom has been recently re-tiled and renovated with a new modern white suite.
There is a shower over the bath.
The balcony enjoys sunshine all afternoon and affords views of the pool and to the sea in the distance.
