THE BALCONY & TERRACE

The sun shines on the balcony (and terrace) most of the day so you can enjoy the view over the swimming pool and towards the sea in the distance.

The terrace has recently been enlarged and re-tiled and sets off the small private garden to the front of the property.

The garden is stocked with a variety of shrubs including bouganvillea, a small pepper tree, hibiscus and geraniums.
